Charles William “Bill” Grandy is a native of North Carolina, born in Greensboro and raised in Charlotte. He graduated from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill in 1980 with a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration. He then attended Wake Forest University Law School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina, where he received his Juris Doctor in 1983. Bill has served as an arbitrator for the Mecklenburg County Bar Association and is a member of the North Carolina Bar Association, the North Carolina Advocates For Justice and the Mecklenburg County Bar Association.  He resides in Charlotte with his wife and has three grown children. Away from work, Bill enjoys spending time with family, boating, hiking, biking and is an avid senior softball player.
