Ken Martin grew up in New York and Massachusetts. He graduated from the University of Southern Maine in 1980 with a Bachelor of Arts degree in History. He then attended Wake Forest University Law School in Winston-Salem, North Carolina. He received his Juris Doctor in 1983. Ken Martin is an active member of the North Carolina Advocates For Justice, the North Carolina Bar Association, and he is a Lifetime member of The Million Dollar Advocates Forum of Top Trial Lawyers in America. He is also the President of the South End Storefronts Condominium Owners’ Association and he was selected as one of America’s Top High Stakes Litigators for North Carolina in 2018.  He resides in Charlotte, North Carolina with his two children.

His primary area of practice is Plaintiff’s workers’ compensation law and work related injuries.
